International Flavour! Indian Chef Celebrates East Neuk Seafood...

Lights! Camera! Action! Last week,  Jim at The Fisherman's Larder had the pleasure of being filmed by the friendly and down-to-earth, New Delhi based Chef Saransh Goila.  Saransh and his team were in the East Neuk to film a brand new series, The Spice Traveller, for his highly successful Youtube cookery show.  Naturally, we sent the lads on their way with a taster of just-caught, local and hand-prepared dressed crab!

Afterwards, Saransh posted the above picture to his facebook page. He had made Crab Kasoori Methi canapés with yellow tomatoes and electric daisies.  I was also excited to see he'd used a gorgeous hand-painted tile - by another of my talented local clients  Karen Edward @ Funky Scottish - as a backdrop for the dish!

Thank you again to Saransh Goila for visiting us and celebrating the wonderful produce of East Neuk of Fife! Also thank you to VisitScotland for setting it all up! We look forward to seeing and sharing the show soon...
